Correct me if I am wrong, but I seem to remember reports used to be kept around for a week before dissapearing. However, recently I have found that my reports are being auto-deleted after only two days!

I have 18 pages of reports, I delete all my old ones on Saturday night...wow I attacked a lot today (I also delete market related reports)

Please write up a support ticket about such in game ok? If this is really happening it should be looked into.
