Try clearing your cache mate and restart your browser. From what people have been posting here no one has been seeing it as bad as you, so try out what I have mentioned and check your internet whilst you're at it. If the problem still persists after all that then contact Support in-game.

Try flushing your DNS. To do this, open the command prompt and type in:
ipconfig /flushdns
That should fix the issue.
