Something's missing

Hi, few years back I was playing in Lithuanian TW server, now I got back to the game and... It's gone. I couldn't find any information about the server being closed or anything. What happened? Why can't I find information about such things?

Welcome back to the game. I'm afriad the Lithuanian Server was closed over 6 months ago. There are no plans to re-open it.

Even if I asked really, really nicely?... I'm not sure how I will find my ol' friends now..
Anyway, a post on international forum about servers closing would be appreciated in the future.
