It means he has at least 42 spears and a pally, or 46 spears for a trip by themselves. And it's plenty possible. If people aren't farming that farm, or if it's a player that restarted after building a few mine levels and getting spiked, etc.

True, he's very lucky to have what's turned out to be a great starting location. I'm glad to see it go to someone who will actually capitalize on it, unlike that person who has 12 barbs in their 7x7 and is still only 52 points.
