not really. and exactly as I said, I don't feel the need to explain all of our acts. And I'll only do when I think it's suited to do so. Yeah, a public declaration of war may be seen here as it may concern w16.
We're already eliminating some "weeds" from our yard, therefore we didn't felt the need of declaring it here publicly. But if we do enter a bigger war, yeah you may expect a declaration here.
Still, all opinions expresseded here in the forum are pure expeculation.
