I guess you would look at the monitor, because the tablet acts like a mouse, it still has a cursor so you can see what your doing.
Tablets can pick up the pen when it is softly/just above the actual tablet (well my dads does) so you can see where the cursor is on the monitor. Only when you apply some pressure will it actually click.

@ Everyone; Which dimensions do you like the most in a signature, out of these:
370x120
370x150
370x200
400x120
400x150

I'd like to find a dimension which I can use as an ideal or standard, since I'm often stuck between x200 height or x150 height and can't tell which would be better (x150 means I may end up losing parts of the sig which I may like, whereas x200 is sometimes too big and bulky looking).
/Also would generally like to see what everyone else normally uses :3

For a worm then I would go for 200px height. People can then vary the width dimensions to suit their needs, although a limit may want to be set such as 200px - 700px width.
