I think K9 and K99 are 2 cotinents one upon another....thts y i think it be easier to go frm 9 to 99 than 79 to 99.

Im sayin that technically its like a globe,though russia and americas seem to be on the opposite side of da world,but in reality they are very close......same is da situation here.
