Hello there,
I would like to thank you for taking time out of your day/night to better yourself in Tribal Wars, the material which is discussed may or may not help you, but none the less is available for you to use as you please.
Espionage
Spies - The use of spies is neither a disgraceful or cowardly thing. Spies can make intricate plans of an enemy fall apart with your tribe knowing what it is. Spies can discover the tribes targets, allies, enemies, even member army strengths, and times when they are on/off. Spies are not all in for the money, for actually I would suspect that very few are paid. They are more in it for the excitement, thrill, pleasure, or even loyalty to the tribe that hired them. Spies are the eyes and ears of whoever hires them, and they can see and hear things which prove to be very valuable.
Counter Attacking Spies - Be careful on whom your tribe picks in high ranking positions, especially Duke(s) who can dismiss player AND the tribe. Also they usually have access to hidden forums which is where the masterminds are usually at work, planing wars weeks before they are announced. Watch out for people who want to be in a powerful position as soon as they get in the tribe, or keep pestering you on wanting privileges or titles. Though sometimes they may be noobs, they may also be spies wanting to get into high positions and do their dirty work.
I am not that experienced in the espionage side of Tribal Wars, if anyone would like to comment or add anything please do.
Scorched Earth
Scorched can be effective for people who live mostly off farming villages, though if used too much, it may hurt the user. Scorched Earth is when you send catapults out and destroy resource production facilities in villages nearby some one you don't like. If abandoned they will most likely be that player's farm. The player who is the indirect target of your attacks will soon recognize less farm hauls and start to starve himself because his resource extraction cannot meet his building and troops production. So eventually he becomes weaker and is less likely to be a threat (even though he may be hungry enough too attack you, which you may then justify attacking that person) and easier for you to conquer.
Cutting of the Head
Cut of the head and the body falls ...... a very wise saying. When attacking a tribe, it is wise to attack the bigger players because they have the bigger armies and are able to aid their weaker allies. Though once you eliminate them (even though it may cause many casualties) the weaker members will soon fall apart since they are too weak to stand against you or your tribe. The tribe will be weakened very thoroughly and maybe even collapse and forgotten in history.
De-militarization Pamphlets
If your tribe has a score to settle with another tribe, perhaps because they are nearby or perhaps disgraced you in some way, this tactic is useful. If you seek total Annihilation of the tribe, this will be a slow process unless your blows are quick and strong. Otherwise, if you just want to eliminate a select number of members, maybe all members in K66, or even just to keep it a small tribe, this strategy works well. What you do is send out attacks against the tribe, even the ones you choose to send pamphlets too. You can say such things as:
Such messages can easily sway members to quit, for really, the tribe needs all the members just not the powerful ones, if you make the members feel like just obstacles or buffers from enemies, they will most likely soon start seeing themselves this way.
Down with the Aristocracy!
This is similar to Cutting of the Head and De-militarization Pamphlets, just more indepth and more personal sounding. The rich don't care about the other members, all they care about is themselves and their villages. They just use the members as pawns and let them take most of the damage, while they sit back and suffer little or no casualties. While the members become impoverished and tired. If you attack the aristocracy, the core of the tribe then members will start seeing the core split open and fall apart. Though you want them to leave before that time, you want them to feel special and that they don;t need the aristocrats. Why focus on the normal members? I'll tell you why, normal member don;t have many privileges, they don;t feel special, all they feel like is meat ready for the grinder. If you get the members to leave tribe, all you got as an enemy is a few aristocrats. Easy.
Prism Attack
So, your tribe is attacking another tribe? What do you all do? Charge only a few villages and let their tribe mates aid the few? No! What you do is send diversionary forces. Your tribe coordinates who attacks who and who sends the fake attack where ....
example:
Bob- attacks A with 100 men, but B,C,D are attacked by 1 man.
Fred- attacks B with 100 men, but A,C,D are attacked by 1 man.
Sue- attacks C with 100 men, but A.B,D are attacked by 1 man.
Elmo- attacks D with 100 men, but A,B,C, are attacked by 1 man.
So it looks like major offensives from four players and each one will be afraid to aid the other, so there is no player with much or any aid, making it easier to kill them. Its like divide and conquer, divide their forces evenly and conquer them all. It works well when you have more people attacking, like 10 people, then the people get scared as heck.
The Noble Blitz
If you have more then one Noble, here is something you can do to capture a village quicker. Send a large force to knock their army down if you know it has one, they are the spear head. Then send a Noble and some escorts in another attack, shortly behind that, and have another noble group like the last, etc. If you have enough nobles, you can quickly bring down the loyalty of the village rather then waiting for the noble to return and send him out again.
...... More to Come .... Welcome to submit your own .....

Straight and too the point said:Don't stay in that tribe, they won't help you, or treat you well, you should try to join another
Hehehe I couldn't help myself.BFV-Veitcong Side said:Give up GI, Big birds shoot your own men from high in the sky, they do not care about you, they are imperialist, they sit back home while you the war for them
The caring and considerate guy said:Hey why are you in that tribe? Why don't you join ours, we will help you and make sure you aren't attacked, but if you stay in that tribe, we will have too attack you because we have no choice, we really don't want you to die, we just don't like Hitler, your leader
