They are not a family. Only the people in Soon? are under that impression. Who? will eventually eat and noble any leftover player from that merge. Sad day for Soon?, great day for Who?.

1. Who? Current number 1 tribe, Solid ODD and ODA as is expected of a number 1 tribe. Very nice spread over around 5 continents, No really competition around them for now although expansion will lead to increased borders with some other big Tribes such as DSy4 and M505. Things could also heat up down towards the south of there dominion in K64 where both the tips of Who? and Care? are starting to rub together and could lead to an explosion on both sides, which could leave one in a very sticky mess.
2. Care? Coming up the rear of Who? in a close second. Tensions also building between the two on the externals especially after the billy goats gruff Care? members being unable to handle the troll under bridge... However it cannot go unsaid that despite some stick they may get they are a decent tribe with a good spread, again like Who? covering many continents. By the looks of it they recruiting a few of Heavens better players and are beginning to clear and noble the others to give themselves a firm foothold in K64 were I imagine if a conflict arises between Care? and Who? that is were the main action will take place.
3. DSy4 Seems to be a good tribe has a large border with M505 so it's almost certain that they will war with M505 soon and I for one hope they do as it will make W70 far more interesting and give us all something to watch other then the excruciatingly boring word exchange between Care? and Who?. So go get em tigers.
4. M505 Typical top 5 tribe, mix of good and bad players, as aforementioned I really hope they get a war on with DSy4 especially after the smack talk on the forums a few days/weeks back. M505 are another for taking abit of stick so the war would be a good chance to prove there metal.
5. PTT Oh god a family tribe.. It hurts it hurts. I'm sure you think your doing a good job so you go glen coco.
6. Truth Interesting position clustering within K55 with Care? to the east and south and Who? to the west. Hopefully we shall see some action between them and Care? soon as they slowly compete for K55.
7. TT ...eww
I think that just about covers them although they are apparently warring with a smaller tribe called ARGH is sources are to believed although the stats show no conquers of yet. They also seem to have recruited a coalition of not only their brother tribe, but also any other tribe they can fit into there hug.
8. Soon? Most of their better members appear to have been absorbed into the ranks of Who? and after some heavy recruiting of noobs they are being slowly but surely nobled down the rankings. Can't imagine they will be around much longer so I won't waste my time on them.

9. ACE Surrounded by bigger and better tribes, we soon be swallowed and split and sieved into better tribes around them.
10. 21s looks like there have been some skirmishes between them and Who? in the past week and 21s seem to be 2-1 up on conquers, not much but could be opening sequence to a far more interesting production.
11. TIME! Interesting tribe they don't seem half bad, pre-made apparently although they do find themselves in the centre of a very packed continent so it will interesting to see how they develop.
12. MUNCH don't really know anything about them.
13. OREO core tribe, many bigger tribes around them. Seem okay, may hold out for a a few weeks/months.
14. Scorch apparently are burning there way through W70 however all they seem to be doing is crackling out under the winds of Who?.
15. As far out on the Rim as they can go, will have an easy time out there until the bigger core tribes come rolling out.
16. PWND! Lowish member count, Great ODA for there size living up the their name, Playing With No Defence. Sources tell me they are currently at war with 3/4 other tribes including Heaven and the cronies. It also seems that Heaven are being taken down by Care? to the east and PWND! to the west so we will hopefully see some conflict between the two within a few weeks or months.
Can't be bothered to look at the next four tribes as it doesn't seem worth it.

We are winding down a war with FNB, we took several of their villas, then they disbanded this morning, so 00:04 server time 24-8

It wasn't really a war with FNB, just a well planned operation on their members close to us. The tribe fell apart after that and we are now gearing up for the next move.

Also with regards to the above, prior to us forming a new tribe both HAND & =GAU= tribes were warring each other.
The result was simply stunting both our growths. At the end of our war =GAU= were 2nd in the world for ODD and HAND were just as high on ODA. We could have kept those stats by simply merging, then adding to them but decided it was irrelevant to us as we all have our own individual OD stats.
Since forming our new tribes we have had time to grow properly. FNB were the 1st targets and they went in just a couple of days.
Yeah there may be some hugging in here but that's what happens when you merge, many never made the cut. Our area is turning bluer by the day and with ongoing house cleaning i hope you will revise your understanding of us as a tribe.

I'm not saying my tribe is any good or will ever win the game (as it won't) but don't just expect soon / care / who to win the game just because they won the center (i didn't even bother inspecting them yet, not any center matters) but some people / premade tribes actually prefer to start in the outer ring, even though they start later on it has it's upsides. i'd be amazed if some tribe from the outer ring was currently in the top 20.
