At the moment NW K and SE K are settled, now the big question is who is gonna win SW K's Nuke or Dragon

There allies. Both pretty silly really, nuke is dunking on all the baby tribes because there bad and dragon is hitting the bigger ones loosing troops. I reckon nuke is just waiting for a big war to bend dragon over when they least expect it. Nuke leadership is pretty disrespectful like that and have been for enough worlds
