Rejected Tribal Coat of Arms size increase

a quick and simple one

can the Tribal Coat of Arms file size be increased from 200kb up to 1mb
and the dimensions doubled from 300x200 up to 600x400

would allow more creativity

I'm rejecting this idea. These sizes have been carefully considered in the past when the limits were set and we will not be changing them in the near future.
