Tribe in K41?

Is there any interesting tribe made of at least few experienced players that is situated in K41 and would be interested in recruting some experienced players like myself? ( i hope I didn't sound too cocky )

My tribe RoH is looking for members in surrounding Ks to k42 so you are welcome and will be a squardon leader as we dont have one for k41 yet.

I'm sorry but I allready formed a tribe in K41 and I hope to develop this tribe into a stronger one. If you are interested we can set our status to nap or ally better...

And tell me why are you interested in other Ks when you have lot of space for developing in your own K?
