troop levels

Let's say I have sword/spear levels in smithy 1; then I send support (spears/swords lvl3) to that village. Will the troops act like lvl1 or lvl3?

The support that you send, would be at the level of the villa you send to.

So in this case, your swords/spears would be level 1 <3
