Troops remaining as support after ennoblement should be optional

I attacked my own troops since it took fewer noble attacks then I expected. Then their replacements got attacked by someone else. Another issue, perhaps apply block retroactively in Casual to cancel ongoing attacks on a nobled village if the assailant has too many points.
