I understand that every world has some open data as read here:

I'm curious if there are certain rules to the data.
1. How many times is it refreshed?
2. If 1 is quite frequent, what's the user limit on it?
3. For how long are we allowed to store the data on this?

1- it is refreshed once per hour at a random interval
2- you can also request it only once per hour (therefore, if you use it regularly, it is advised to store it yourself in a DB)
3- You're allowed to store as long as you desire

And the conquest one filtered on time is real time? Or also with a certain interval?

What's then used for those discord bots to get the conquests within a minute or two?

as far as I understand all the .txt files are beeing created once per hour (might be less frequently for bash)

the interface.php stuff seems to be computed in real time

As for limits:
The .txt files are only allowed once per hour, because they don't change faster and you should cache that data
I don't know what the limit is for the interface.php stuff
