Universal w48 Off-Topic Thread

I was just thinking... how cool would it be to create an off-topic thread that includes every top tribe. Not everyone visits the externals and this could be a way to get to know people who you wouldn't meet on the externals.

Any tribe would be welcome to join the universal chat, no matter how small or large. Whether it has one or one-hundred members doesn't care.

The universal thread would be moderated by the dukes of each tribe and would have to make sure the chat stays appropriate. But really, to me it sounds like a fun idea.

Any questions, comments, concerns?
