That is the difference between someone who knows this game and doesn't. A village is not just a village. A lot of factors go into it. You need to look at where it's placed, how strategic it will be to further you nobling deeper into enemy territory (or at least non-tribal controlled areas). Nobling a barb just to noble a village is nothing but idiotic.
