Basically the players who have started playing and each one of us has a start date with the accounts their playing. And an account ID or whatever which Dark Chaos found out.
Dont know how he did it but he can quickly sort out which players that are playing W26 are the players who actually started playing way before anyone else.

That's not hard to do. Pull the world's data and sort them by ID.
