Usually the tribe member limit is decreased, of course it only lasts a few months usually, and more experienced players and people with a lot of time tend to play it because of the needed constant activity.

Don't forget the tribe lock as well 2 months in, its meant to be a cross between a regular world and a speed round, for the more active TW players.

It's faster, there's a smaller tribe limit, generally there's a better standard of player.
