Not to belittle the MONGOL's situation, but I've noticed that the tribe tribes that have been successful haven't been announcing their wars... its almost like they assume everyone will know. PwN has of late become an exception, but for tribes like 24/7, no one hears of an "official war."

Its more like the continual spread of a disease than an war for 24/7, some insomniac "Always Awake" disease...
