A premade is just the intent to make a tribe on a world.
So if you were thinking of joining a world with some of your friends and make a tribe and somewhat worked out the details amongst each other (who will be duke etc.), you have yourself a premade.
People post their premades on here to recruit more members for their planned tribe.
