Well I'm starting a Gfx site that is needing new members and someone that wants to host SOTW's and such, there will be a point system and there is a chat already setup.
It's still under construction so I can't say all the stuff is setup and all the bugs are out but it's coming along well,

mtrew, your sig is nice. Its it a little bit too simple to be on the level that the others sigs are on, but its a good start. Do you have Photoshop?
