[O] - Good tribe, skilled players, and well spread
Nubs - right in the core, some pointwhore tribes to expand through near them
HIGH - excellent positioning and control, good players from the looks of it
CoFfEe - is this the only pre-made left? They've done pretty well so far, expecting good things
PIE - Good ODA and good positioning, room to expand to the rim
Domino - far away from me, but seems decent
LOKI - well positioned on the rim to expand, but have WoD and Domino to deal with
Wtf? - kind of like a worse Nubs, but they could become strong
SPQR - Good positioning and spread
WoD - Have to deal with Domino to get anywhere, but if they win that fight they'll come out very strong

domino and HIGH are premades aswel, however both have had partial merges into them.

I believe Mutiny PIE and Nubs all also started as premades.
