No it hasnt happend before, there must be something new in this world and it could just not support the amount of players trying to connect all at once.

The start of World 6 had to be cancelled. The new start will be between 17:00 and 18:00 server time. The exact time will not be announced.

I think that the server may have crashed and they have to get it back up, this will be the problem

all persons that got in should automatically be at the location they were when they joined no matter what time they start once it starts again

No, because it was everyone joining at once that crashed it... It hasnt happend any other time so, like I said\, im guessing theres is a new major update and it would either be a fault in the new update OR they may have to update the server....Anyhow it would be something along those lines.
