For groups, in w19 I have this:
Type 1: Offence or defence
Type 2: continent
Type 3: the two above combined (for example: [K50 O]
Type 4: Build/demolish, retech (it's a 3-tier tech world), wallless, vital buildings catted
Type 5: Noble trains
Type 6: Stacked
For this world, I'd leave out the retech group and add one for the churches. I usually don't bother to make a group for those with full farms, it tends to be more work than it's worth. I just use the overviews or the map to find the full villages when I need them (or flip through the rally point pages of the type 3 groups, while sending out those that are full).
And for MA, I think that is a good number. I reckon that's about what's been in use since w5, the first archer world. I build few MA, around 500 only, but having too few MA isn't catastrophic, since at worst it might increase your losses by 10% or so, which is not the end of the world when it happens. It gets evened out by the slightly decreased losses you have against sp/sw, sp/hc or general archer light defences (= one of the former two, with a small amount of archers added).
