PUBLICISE THE AWARD REPORT! (obvious thing is obvious?)

Before you go look ingame, see no publicise option and come back to flame me...

to publicise such reports go ingame, click the report and see what report ID it has: that's the last number in the URL (www address). Then copy the link to publicise any attack report, and replace the IDs. It works.
