Failed Vote Add more cardinal points to restart option

I've started noticing this a bit more now with the international speed tournament, but restarting is not at all accurate. When you think you're restarting northeast and ur gonna be somewhere close to actual north east you might end up closer to east or to north than to northeast.
What i suggest is that the remaining of the cardinal points are added to the game, north, south, east and west. This would make restarting better and more accurate, although it might not be very significant for worlds because of the repositioning item for speeds it makes a big difference.

I think it should be added, but be a seperate setting to activate/deactivate.
