I remember helping get the first fake scripts up & running years ago.
Also many tribes had external claim systems that latter became full blown op planners with generators within them from requesting support to sending resources and making attack scripts countdown reminders for attacks ect...
This was at a time within the game when you claimed a village by making a heading within the forum with a post,
I am glad the game has moved forward maybe too slow & too late as it would be nice to see worlds having to close due to the number of players wanting to join overloading the server like W30
Anything that levels the playing field has to be good for the game.
I don't know about the rest of you but its disheartening joining a world which looks like an HP or speed round & last no time at all.
