I was just talking to provocative1 and told her the way I saw it.

Look, you're the one who suggested some kind of arrangement and if there is a mutually beneficial solution to Nuke and Axte, then I'll be glad to consider it.
I've looked hard at it and I can't see any easy solution for that area of the map.
