Implemented Dynamic groups - Distance to coordinate

Would like to have this setting added to it. It makes making dynamic area groups so much faster without needing to get a degree in X and Y coord tabells. Put in coord of the center and how many fields away should be included

With having a diagonal FL it gets super hard to make dynamic groups without having to add 10 "boxes" in the way its setup now
