Non of the other players got it but we got 2 or 3 click-advertisment spam mails...
Maybe it really was random if someone so far away got it.

Well it's wierd because I got it near the beginning of the world. But I was not so far away. I moved to this account after playing on one for a short while in K35. That is when I got it.

my ''fakes'' were actually 4 nobles, it ended that I nobled an empty village... and greekdude (the leader of my target's tribe) replied 1 day later to thanks me. The only problem is that his friend was already nobled since many hours.
