Stats from the last week indicate that neither side seems to particularly be doing a huge amount in the last week with a lot of unrelated caps.
However, 6% of PUNCH and RawR's conquers have been against ARMADA and Co.
Whereas, 1.8% of ARMADA and Co's conquers have been against PUNCH and RawR
Let's look at the last month shall we?

War ARMADA and Co: 1.03% War Conquers
So for a tribe that has 'declared war' they're either lazy or fairly ineffective.
And if we look deeper we see that since ARMADA were formed, they alone have nobled 50 Barbarian villages, PUNCH and RawR combined have only nobled 37 in that time. And that is just ARMADA alone not the rest of their little buddies.
So what we can conclude, is that ARMADA have declared war, and decided that instead of nobling their enemies they'd rather devote 99% of their conquers to other people, and 50 barbarians. How nice of them to give RawR and PUNCH a head start.
