well, there isn't much to it, both tribes had a NAP that was to last until we kill sheep, i guess RW wanted to choose the time when the war breaks out rather then wait for MoM to declare and so declared like a few hours before +BL+ dropped out of the top 20.

there was no build up, no conflicts between the two tribes.
