Implemented Select All Checkbox on Top of Reports

Currently there is a select all checkbox on the bottom of the reports page so the user has to scroll to the bottom of the page to select all. I would like to add a select all checkbox to the top so I don't have to scroll down to check the box...similar to how Account Manager works.
