Well, looking at the current world map. I have to say that Shave have a ugly looking cluster

Lots of different colors intruding into their personal space.

PITA and Tuff both have quite pretty looking clusters. Although tuff has a annoying little sidebar tribe and PITA have a saladbar on the south west
