Hi,

I'm still very new to photoshop but Mercs! asks me to make their sigs...

My main problem at the moment is that I don't know how to cut part of an image out clean o:

could you teach me how perhaps?

Rendering is cutting an image out of it's background.

But you need to learn how to use the pentool first. Try googling some pentool tutorials. Or look in the tutorials section of planetrenders

Sigs have allways been a sore point for me I can never make good ones. I can make maps but have allways been trying to improve my sigs yet they come out [crap] every time.

This thread has got some usefull tips and it is inspiring to see some great sigs.
