It's not opinion.
The rank 6 were Viking, the main basher tribe who answer directly to the beat of Smoke's leadership.
The other 3 answer to several players withing Smoke, and seeing as the rank 8 and 14 have been allowed to exist in and around the Smoke borders for many months they enjoy protection and association from the main tribe.
Were they not associated with Smoke, they would not exist. Sure the Leaders can say that Rank 6 is their only official tribe, they've already said once that the others are associated with Smoke players but not the Smoke leadership. That does not make the unofficial bashers any less associates of Smoke.
It's not opinion. It just is.
The day Talin comes into this chat to say that BB, Bozs and SSCR have no protection, affiliation or hope of ever being a part of Smoke is the day their uses as a meatshield has come to an end and Smoke are ready to turn on them.
Hey, could be these tribes are happy to have no real aspirations of making a proper tribal mark on the game and just want to survive until the big dogs say their time is up.
Otherwise I wish the 90 "unofficial" Smoke bashers the best of luck. Maybe they'll sack it up on the next world they play.
My apologies, I was confused by the action of you...you know...joining Smoke. I made that dumb assumption that an invite had been sent and you had accepted it when I saw that you had...you know...joined Smoke. Nope, still confused.

Actually, it is an opinion, it becomes a fact when a member from smoke, representing smoke, comes out and makes a statement about it.
It's like saying any brown down on the map is smoke's basher just because they haven't eaten them yet, which is false, as there could be a variety of reasons for them not having gotten around to it yet.
A persons personal basher tribe, does not make it a tribes official basher tribe. Example, Bozs, they are bashers for 2 players within smoke, not the tribe as a whole, unless smoke declares them their bashers.
It's also unfair to assume who their bashers are because any tribe or any player can write anything on their profiles without the consent of the tribe, or the other player.
Example, if I had a tribe, and wrote in the profile that we are bashers for smoke, doesn't mean we are official bashers for smoke, unless smoke themselves declares that they are.

Talin has said that Viking, now known as %Drink, are the official bashers, and also said that BB and Bozs are bashers for smoke players. The post got deleted from the thread when someone reported a post of mine as being off topic otherwise I'd have been able to quote it.
These 3 tribes bash for players in Smoke. Therefore they are Smoke bashers. It's not an opinion, it is. Smoke are using them. They are being used. There is a tribe that I left out whose Duke names himself a basher for Talin but I left that tribe out based on proximity and their imminent failure.
I have observed that 3 tribes have had long standing ties with Smoke, and have been allowed to exist within proximity of Smoke players church zones. This is not the type of world where players are simply allowed to do that.
They exist, and they are used by Smoke. This is not opinion, this is.
The opinion comes in as to their purpose. Viking/%Drink is used officially to siphon accounts back and forth and to hold accounts still useful to Smoke leadership. BB and Bozs are being used by Smoke until they are no longer useful as a meatshield. If they weren't then other smoke players would be eating them. They'd be improving church zones, and solidifying Smoke home ground. Regardless of the protection they claim from their handlers, if there was no association with Smoke there would be no chance of Survival. When you start a world, you clear your area and noble anything worth nobling that isn't on your side and you don't stop doing that.
My opinion is these tribes will run out of purpose when Infect start picking them off and using them to infiltrate Smoke lines. Then Smoke will just eat them.
As for SSCR, Smoke are welcome to totally deny association, location makes sense though for trying to get easier access to another corner of the map.

You can make all the long posts you want, The Question, fact of the matter is, I'm asking someone from Smoke to come on and clarify, officially, who is apart of the Smoke F. If they can't do that, then anyone not in Smoke should be free pickings for any tribe out there, at, or not at, war with Smoke.

You guys have sent your fair share of nukes at me, trains and not to mention your failed OP's on me yet you have still to take a single village...Based on what you post in the forums I would say you are talking big for someone with no evidence
And I have never made a threat to a TFC member. I have made a promise and I have upheld the promise every time. For example, Aselia and I had a private NAP - to date I have not taken a single village from here, I have never even tried. With regards to making players quit - they quit after or during my attacks on them. It is not my fault some gave up after losing a few villages.
For the comment on my OD - I have taken over 100 villages from TFC. It is not my fault that you do not have enough troops for me to kill to get better ODA. Nor is it my fault that I preferred to snipe all of your noble trains instead of taking a pointless hit. That fault lies with you when you were leading TFC, don't try and pin that failure on me.
