i think he is bidding his time he will wait till he has couple of villages then move on. it's a good way to get mass support from noob tribes.

ISE trust me on this one, they will be up there when they hit nobles, lucky guys have 5 3-4k vills near them and that are in a radius of 8 hour noble travel or so :p
