Seems Code's second Op has been more successful than their first
 
In theory, and in this case, defender has much more options than attacker. At the end, there is always cancel snipe, and again, in theory, you have a lot of attempts

Only variable here is player. He might quit due to several hundred fakes, get his troops killed with non dodge policy or snipe like a blind man.

No spy can do more damage than players like this
