I don't see why you are all laughing about Lord BillyProbablyGoingToGetRimmedSoon being Public Relations Manager.

He has done a brilliant job of managing to ruin public relations.

I'm not sure if your trying to start some sort of argument but I quite a while ago, I do not know how many villages I have or if i still have them. Your trying so hard to be hostile arent you on vaca :( go enjoy yourself
