Everyone I have seen so far is based on points or location, that does not mean they all have the greatest skill. It just means your able to be most active, and I know that's how you get big but based purely on skill I would have to say the following
1. Kingmq38 or PhyscoSmurf (Awesome leaders/planners)
2. The Illuminati (Great Guy and to be quit awesome on of the most skilled players I have ever met)
3. GilthonieL (Bet you guys are quite surprised, not well known but once he choices to do something it's done quickly)
4. Xterminator (Same reason as Gith)
5. TargetjOe (Do I even need to say..)

1.Oohda - Amazing best friend and very skilled player.
2.huggy - His a tribal noob
3.alpha - asks for loads of help but uses it well
4.nifty - crazy with the nukes + nobles
5.maleboxmike - crazy with nukes + nobles
6. xenythl - his a noob so i couldnt fit him in
