Couldn't find a countdown thread so made one :icon_biggrin:

Players:
Players left: 2154
Players - More than 0 points: 2053
Players - More than 100k points: 449
Players - More than 1mil points: 159
Players - More than 2mil points: 78
Players - More than 3mil points: 33
Players - More than 4mil points: 10
 Players - More than 5mil points: 5
Players - More than 6mil points: 1

Tribes:
Tribes left: 233
Only includes top 40 members:
Tribes - More than 50k points: 71
Tribes - More than 100k points: 60
Tribes - More than 1mil points: 28
Tribes - More than 10mil points: 9
Tribes - More than 25mil points: 4
Tribes - More than 50mil points: 3
Tribes - More than 100mil points: 1

I'll post again weekly and compare gains/losses.

How can there be more players with more than 0 points than players overall? Am I missing something?

Whats the point of doing this until the world closes for new registrations?

you dont have to do it when registrations are closed

other worlds have done it months if not years before registrations were closed.

The title implies a countdown, thus if a whole bunch of new people join just before the world closes for new registrations which is what usually happens the statistics go up. For a start its not a countdown anymore and also it skews the stats. Plus imo the OP just did it for a sticky.

As someone who compiles this data monthly for another world, it is helpful to have older data available for trends. I have found the total village numbers also useful to determine if ppl are nobling active players vs barbarian villages.

Thank you for starting this.

Its a world countdown - yes.

To see how far we are away from that, doesnt matter where we start off from.

This confuses me very much, if 13 payers left, and only one was at 0 points, and 5 were more than 100k, and all other places grew.... how is that possible? 6 players are shown to have left.....

If one were to assume you are referring to the "Players: Players left: 2141 (-13)" of the post, it's only logical to assume that the (-13) are players that have left/quit but the large number in front are players still playing the world:icon_confused:
