Like I said, I will extend it to have 32 people if we have over 23 by 01:01 Forum Time tomorrow. We'll have 24 hours from then to reach 32 players. If we don't, I'll stick to the first 16.

If we don't get over 23 by 01:01 Forum Time tomorrow, it'll start tomorrow at 01:01 Forum Time, or somewhere close enough.
