Hey, can someone make me a sig?

I want it to be exactly like mister genious's but instead of that picture, I want this one:

It would hopefully be only black and white or different shades of silver if you can manage it.

Also, I would like Sylver Spades written in the centre and ~AP~ written in the bottom right hand corner. The font I want the writing in is in here:

Can you make a COA for a tribe of mine? I would like it to say

Cobalt-in red graffiti
With a black background
And W40-41 in any corner
And then you can do what you want to make it look sweet

Do sigs have to be a specific file type? I have a png 550x80 and its about 80kb. The image isn't working. I was just wondering why.
