Not quite accurate. It was a good war because both sides did well defending and neither could really break through. Of course inactives were taken once someone on the frontline went inactive without warning his tribe beforehand. But even though the war was extremely stale and the conquer stats would not reflect the amount of activity on both sides, It was definetly good in that people performed well, there were some flaws as in most wars but overall I'm proud to be in a tribe with both ex-Invict and ex-yahoo!

Let's be honest most wars are stalemates because of watchtowers. too easy to defend.Not quite accurate. It was a good war because both sides did well defending and neither could really break through. This thread was made for Apathy declaring on Corp's family Sam, this was before we were a family.
Since then, Apathy has grown from 9 mill to ~29 mill
And Corp family from 17 mill to ~32 mill
The front hasn't moves much between the 2 tribe in the K45/55 region. But lately Corp has been pushing into K44, looking to close off their allies perhaps.

To sum it up -
As eveybody knows, RJ (Currently known as TW) Stabbed a knife in to apathy's back after recruiting becool.
Their excuse was that they were going to 'war' becool, an excuse we all know is invalid because right at the same time I was actually in discussions with Barzy + Ronnie about a border agreement in BeCool, we already had a NAP set up. Truth is they wanted to recruit BeCool as their 3rd family tribe, we turned them down because 1 the odds would be too out of proportion, and 2 because RJ treated BeCool like dirt when the tides turned and we were in a weaker position, whereas Apathy did not.
When apathy asked to compromise with the recruitment, Ronnie suggested the only compromise to be kicking *GranTorino
RJ were butthurt about apathy getting the recruits they wanted so declared war on Apathy a day after the recruitment happened. (Lets not forget that they needed a month preparation to declare against Corp as they claimed, which we all know was never part of Ronnie's agenda.)
The war goes on and apathy are looking to be losing which can be understood when fighting a war against a total village count of over 2x your own. Ronnie quits so Apathy look to reason with RJ about their previous leaders diplomatic errors, but unfortunately tunnel vision must have gotten in the way of the new leadership as they couldn't see the pros for them far outweighed the cons of a diplomatic change.
They were warned of the big change that was going to happen. They said they would reconsider if Care? (Apathy family tribe) was disbanded. Ridiculous, clearly Ronnie may have left but his leadership spirit lives on in TW
On the other hand when contacted despite all previous hate between the tribes, Corp could clearly see the benefits of the proposed. And here we are now!
RJ can go on all they like about merge to win, but the sides look to be relatively even after the new merge.
