I would like to expand on my theory!

I think that hurricane is active, but the other 3 are inactive and being sat by Deus.

I believe them to be inactive. But I don't think they are being sat by Deus. A little birdy told me that hurricane was asking around on skype if anyone wanted an account in w24.
