I know of extremely skilled players that send nobles minutes, even hours apart. Why? 1 sec trains are SO easy to key, especially in the face of massive incoming attacks. Its a pattern, and noticeable.

I think there is a strategy called the noble storm or something like that, describing what you are saying.
