Considering it looks like no-one answered:

Restarting is disabled during BP. Not to mention most of the players here have experiance, and won't just restart. So, for the first few days, restart mails would be pointless.

If you restart now and pick South West as an option, then you wont be so close too me, yet still in the same Continent. Since you are so close, we can't let you join the tribe. Restart now and you should land not too far from here :) We like to be spread a little in this tribe.
