Social skills are the only things that make a player stand out these days. Since more and more people are actually learning to play the game properly.

Noobs don't know which people are "great players". They'll just keep on building their village and send threats to their agressors, whoever that might be.

And a "veteran" doesn't avoid anyone. =/
