In the update 8.268, it states that the following must be true:
The table with Incoming units will be visible only when:
1. The incoming support is coming from a friend/tribemate
2. There is at least one incoming support unit
3. The support sent is send by the player to his own village
Currently, the table is not visible unless you send support. As soon as you send 1 troop as support, the table is visible.
My suggestion is this feature is improved so the table is visible when the following is true:

My suggestion is this feature is improved so the table is visible when the following is true:
- The incoming support is coming from a friend/tribemate
- Does not require your own support to be sent
- Works on any village, be it your own or a friends/tribemates/enemies (as long as you can see a support command basically).
- There is at least one incoming support unit
- This one support can be sent from anyone as long as they are command sharing with you.
